Joint ownership agreements
Fractional ownership of a road vehicle of any sort, whether a car, motorbike or touring caravan requires an agreement that sets out not only who owns what share but a legal framework that considers decision making, responsibility for maintenance and repair, garaging (access and protection) of the vehicle and, of course, who uses the vehicle when and for how long.
Joint ownership agreement: car or vehicle
