Payment

The following are frequently asked questions relating to buying and paying for Net Lawman legal documents. If you can't find the answer to your question here, please contact us.

How do I buy a document?

After you click on the Buy button on any document introduction page, you'll be taken to your shopping cart. You can choose either to continue shopping, or to go to the checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Maestro. We also accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal. These options are available at checkout.

Can I pay in a different currency?

Yes, although you will need to contact us to arrange payment in a different currency.

Note that we cannot accept New Zealand Dollars at present. At the checkout, the total payable will be converted to US Dollars. Your credit card company or bank should then reconvert this amount back in to NZ$ when it deducts the payment from your account.

How secure is your payment system?

The safety of your personal and financial information is very important to us. Personal information that you provide to us is encrypted to the same level used by financial institutions on a secured server via an https protocol.

Net Lawman does not handle online payment information (such as your credit or debit card details). Instead, transactions are handled on our payment service provider's website. You can visit http://www.sagepay.com/security-standards for more information.

How do I obtain an invoice?

We send you an invoice by e-mail when we send your documents to you. You can also download invoices from your customer area. See our support question on how to download invoices.
