About this document
This document grants temporary powers of attorney. It specifies certain powers which the Attorney is to have during a certain time period, or until the power is revoked.
This document gives the attorney power to sell real property - a house, farm, some land or other real property. The attorney can be given only specific tasks relating to the same of the real property, or can be given the power to do everything to close the sale -you choose. You can of course, also specify matters which you do not want the Attorney to have control over. All Power of attorney documents have effect once signed (or otherwise, if you say so in the document).
The signatures of both the donor and attorney should be witnessed, a witness can be anyone as long as he is not related to you.
You can use this document for almost any situation - whether you are going to Africa to help prevent conflict diamond mining, flying to the moon, or going deep sea dives. It is useful because of its flexibility - you choose the what, how, where, when and who.
This document is suitable for anyone who is going away, abroad, or who will be unable to manage either one or all of their affairs for a period of time.
Financial organisations such as banks have their own internal procedures and requirements. We advise you to be aware of any such requirements before using this document.

This document was written by a solicitor for Net Lawman. It complies with current New Zealand law.
"I have found Net Lawman perfect for my needs and saved me thousand of dollars in legal fees getting a lawyer to produce these douc's from scratch. I have used three of the Net Lawman doc's to basically write up the NDA, contract, Non Solicitation agreements to a level of being 95% complete and then used my lawyer to sign off. My lawyer even commented how complete these doc's are.
Thanks guys, great service/product.
Cheers Dean"Dean Harper
"I used Netlawman to pre-work some contracts for my lawyer. He came back stating that the forms were 'excellent' and saved me several billable hours."Chris T.
"...Yes very useful. I understand the terminology etc as I've seen a fair few legal docs before. Notes are very helpful. Gives me some base insight without the expense of a solicitor! "John K
