About this copy writing contract
This is a straight forward contract for any copy writing in any industry. It is written for the client to initiate and stay in control. It is intended to make sure you, the client, get what you have paid for.
It provides for an assignment to you of all created work. It does not include a specification of work. That is assumed to be set out in detail in a schedule.
The person you use is an individual who is an expert (you hope!) in his field. He is self employed.
Because the work you want done is intellectual property it is subject to law that does not apply if you want your car serviced or your accounts drawn. We cover all the relevant matters to give you strong protection.
You may want to use the writer more than once (this is an “umbrella” agreement).
Your writer may not be in your country.
We have assumed you are in business through a company but the contract can be easily edited if you are an individual or partnership.

"I have found Net Lawman perfect for my needs and saved me thousand of dollars in legal fees getting a lawyer to produce these douc's from scratch. I have used three of the Net Lawman doc's to basically write up the NDA, contract, Non Solicitation agreements to a level of being 95% complete and then used my lawyer to sign off. My lawyer even commented how complete these doc's are.
Thanks guys, great service/product.

"I used Netlawman to pre-work some contracts for my lawyer. He came back stating that the forms were 'excellent' and saved me several billable hours."
