or others. Trust provisions for children. Suitable for: anyone;

About this document
This will provides for the testator to give gifts of either money or personality to anyone they choose, including charities. The will provides for the main estate to pass to the testator’s nieces and nephews, or any other specified person, as you choose. It includes trust provisions to ensure than under age beneficiaries cannot get their hands on the legacies until any specified contingency age – usually 18, or 25, but you decide.
This will is suitable for anyone, but especially suited to a single person with no children.
The Net Lawman wills are suitable for most situations. If the will you need is not here, we can draw a will to your precise instructions for a very reasonable fee.
In these descriptions: “remainder man" means the person entitled to capital and any accumulated income after the death of a person with a life interest (a “tenant for life”).
