About Net Lawman?
Net Lawman sell legal document templates to an international market. We have websites for documents in the UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, India and South Africa with plans to expand into more countries soon.
We have the largest collection of legal documents for sale in Australia over the Internet. We sell predominantly to other businesses but to individual consumers too. This is a relatively new concept in Australia, although competition is growing. We believe we provide the best quality documents and customer service which goes above and beyond the norm.
Our documents are carefully drawn by solicitors with over 20 years commercial law experience and by specialist barristers.
Who does your drafting work?
Most legal work is undertaken by Rajeev Goswami and his small team of lawyers. We also use English barristers for specialist work as required.
Rajeev Goswami (BSc, LLB, ACS, ACIS, MICA, ADSM, Dip. IPR) is a lawyer working from India where his small team provides the commercial law support for Net Lawman.
Rajeev studied at Bareilly College (MJPR University) where he obtained a bachelor's degree in science. He then moved on to Delhi University where he obtained a law degree.
India is a common law jurisdiction, originally based on English law. Rajeev has first hand knowledge of English corporate law after studying for the above qualifications. He has been practicing Corporate and IP law for over 6 years.
He has also held the position of Partner (Head – IP division) in a leading Indian law firm before becoming associated with Andrew Taylor in Net Lawman.
Between us, we have over 100 years of drafting experience. We have probably drawn some version of almost any document you can think of. Of course your circumstances are unique. We take every measure to ensure we extract all relevant information from you to ensure that we draw your document to include the terms you want. Whilst we can’t negotiate the law, we can help you to get the best deal.
What are the payment methods you accept?
We accept Payment via credit card (online payment) and cheque. If you pay by cheque you will receive your document via email only. We will send your document once we have received the cheque.
I have ordered a document via cheque, but I need it urgently. What can I do?
Please pay via credit card if possible. Or send your cheque without delay.
