You don’t need to register first in order to buy documents from Net Lawman.Registration is a part of the buying process when you buy for the first time.Simply choose the document you would like and we will take you through the rest step by step.
How do I know whether you have received my email?
We try to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours. In most cases we respond within 24 hours. If your email regards paid advice or a purchased document, you will have received a message saying that we have received your message. If you have not received this message within 72 hours, please contact usagain with ‘urgent’ in the subject title. If it is a technical issue, please email technial contact. If it is a legal enquiry, please contact law contact.
We do not respond to messages requesting free legal advice.
I have paid for a document? I am yet to receive via email, how can I download it?
Go to the home page.
Enter your email and password at the left hand side.
You will reach the document pickup page.
If you have recently paid for a document you will see a list of these document(s) with link nest to them.
Simply click on the link. You will be prompted to download the document, or the document will automatically open in ‘Word’.
Save it to your computer.

I can’t log on the system. It does not recognise my email address?
The most likely reason is that you have registered with the wrong email address. Please contact tech supportimmediately with your ‘Protx’ transaction ID, date of purchase, credit card ID, first name and the correct email address. We will edit your email address so that you can download the document.
I have not received my document and when I go to download it, I did not find the document in the document pick up page. What can I do?
Whilst we are not infallible, the most likely reason for this is that your payment has not been accepted by our merchant service provider. If you have a Protx receipt, please contact tech support and we will send your document to you immediately.
I bought a document, logged on to download it but it didn’t open. Why?
The most likely reason is that your browser security setting does not allow you to open a binary file (.doc file). The other reason could be that the firewall in the network (in your machine or in the gateway machine) does not allow such a file to be downloaded.
You can try by changing the browser security setting to ‘low’. If you still can’t download the document please contact tech support.

The most likely reason is that you have been registered with different email address or mis-spelt your email address. Please contact tech support with your first name, last name, correct email, document reference last purchased and the ‘Protx’ transaction ID if you paid by credit card.
How can I get an invoice with your V.A.T number?
Go to payment history page. Login using your email and password. Click on invoice link. You will see a V.A.T invoice with V.A.T number.
I made an error while registering. Now I can’t login. Please help.
