How to find the right will
The set of Net Lawman wills cover almost any eventuality. However, everyone is unique. If the will you need is not here, we can draft a bespoke version to your precise instructions for a very reasonable fee.
We use the word “remainderman" to mean the person entitled to capital and any accumulated income after the death of a person with a life interest (a “tenant for life”).
We have specified each will as “suitable for” some class of will maker. However, these groups are not exclusive. Anyone can make a will from any of these templates.
